Each of our dolls is completely handmade, from the design of the 3D prototype to the resin casting.
As independent artists, we cast all dolls ourselves, and each of our dolls is unique and made specifically for the customer with great love and care.

All our dolls are made of high-class American-made extra-durable non-toxic urethane resin. This resin has a velvety texture and is very pleasant to the touch. The resin is matte and the material does not transmit light. The face-up is easy to make upon it.
The ball joints fit very well to each other, which makes the doll a great poser.
We’d like to explain that art dolls don’t come under the mandatory certification and are not toys for children.

We do our best to make the dolls lovely and I can provide you with the best quality. Each handmade doll is unique, dolls may have slight differences and small imperfections like tiny scratches and bubbles inside of parts, dark dots, and slight discoloration of sanded resin and that is part of their authenticity as a normal result of home casting and sanding processing. 
We can't offer an exchange or refund due to this reason, because these nuances have no influence on the exploitation of the doll and its game qualities.

We highly recommend you always use a doll stand if the doll has no support.

FACE-UP & BODY BLUSHING

When you order face-up, we ask you to keep in mind that the painting of any doll is hand-made, without any stencils, and can't be repeated identically as on promo. But we always try to make it with maximum resemblance and serve it with the same feelings that are demonstrated in the photos you liked. 

The eyelashes for MSD dolls with face-up are glued on one by one with superglue, and may not be able to be completely removed with the face-up with acetone. Complete eyelash removal will require careful sanding from a professional face-up artist. You can always ask me for help.

If you order blushing, we make sure it spreads over the whole body, as well as any additional parts that you get with your doll. We ask you to remember that blushing blends quickly if you play with your doll actively (change its clothes, take pictures, etc). If any scratch marks and dents of the paint itself appear on it because of the doll’s exploitation, these are no defects, too.
We try to make the dolls’ painting correspond to the colors on the website images, but it could be different because of displaying on different monitors. This isn’t a guaranteed event.
Guarantee events are only dents of make-up and blush that are reported right after the doll’s arrival.

We show and agree on photos of the face-up with the customer before shipping the customer's doll.

After approval, no claims for the look of the face-up are admitted.

If you received your doll and something dissatisfies you, please contact us and we will definitely resolve this situation.
All our customers may contact us for help at any time.  Mostly cases, if it’s possible, we will try to help our customers free. The parts replacement, if needed, is performed only in exchange for broken parts after we received them.

Every shipping is carried out at the buyer’s expense.

EXCHANGES
 

All dolls are customized items and made special for you so once a payment is made, you can not cancel the order. Once an order is confirmed, I can't offer a refund (only exchange for the same price item if is possible or a gift card for the same amount).

Unfortunately, We don't accept returns or refunds, exchanges only. 

Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns, I'll provide you friendly support in any case and we can find the best solution! 

I accept exchange only in one case: if there is a problem with the doll (for Example damaged details during shipment).

To exchange the full doll or damaged details, please contact me within 5 days after receiving your order.

The doll processing time is specified on the page with sales, but these terms are approximate.
We ask you to pay attention that our dolls are not mass-market and are produced in a very limited number because we cannot afford to make any more.
