How to start: Add your items to the cart and select Choose a payment plan under Pay in installments. Enter your delivery details and email, review the exact payment dates and amounts, then accept the terms and pay the first installment. 2 payments over 1 month: Pay 50% now and the remaining 50% on the date shown in your schedule. 4 payments over 3 months: Available when merchandise exceeds $250. Pay 25% now, then 25% on each of the next three monthly dates shown in your schedule. Shipping and tax are divided between the payments. US shipping is free. International shipping is $25 below $250 of merchandise and free at $250 or more. Later payments: We email a link to pay on amadiz.art and a reminder five days before each payment is due. Each email identifies your order, amount and due date. You can pay earlier; your card is not charged automatically. All layaway payments are non-refundable. Preorder production begins after full payment. All orders ship only after the final payment.

• We use for our wigs high-quality handmade wefts or hair pieces of natural materials or heat-resistant fiber.

• All hairstyles are permanently fixed. Flowers are removable.

• The wig has a white color soft cap with an elastic band, that's why you don't need to use a silicone cap.

• Our wigs are versatile; they are suitable for many dolls with similar head sizes.

• Our wigs don't dye the heads of your dolls.

• All wigs are 100% handmade and special for you.

• Each wig is handmade; there may be some differences in the color or the details of the actual products to the photographs. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Free US shipping. International shipping is $25 for merchandise below $250 and free for merchandise of $250 or more.

Processing Time: READY TO SHIP — dispatch in 3–7 business days.

Custom Shipping Options: If you prefer a different shipping method, just let me know after your purchase, and I’ll create a private listing for the additional cost.

Customs and Duties: If you'd like, we can mark your doll as a gift with a lower declared value for customs. Simply let me know!

Multiple Items: If you order multiple items, they will ship together once all items are ready.

Tracking Information: You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has shipped.

No Cancellations or Refunds: Since each wig is custom-made specifically for your doll, orders cannot be canceled once payment is made. Refunds are not available, but an exchange for an item of equal value or a gift card may be possible.

Exchanges Only: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds—only exchanges are allowed.

• Wigs of natural hairs should not be brushed and watered, so the hairstyle isn’t spoiled.

• You can use any styling products (wax, hair spray) to correct and maintain the hair, but it should be done only with your fingers.

• Under the right care conditions, the wig will serve you for a long time.
