How to start: Add your items to the cart and select Choose a payment plan under Pay in installments. Enter your delivery details and email, review the exact payment dates and amounts, then accept the terms and pay the first installment. 2 payments over 1 month: Pay 50% now and the remaining 50% on the date shown in your schedule. 4 payments over 3 months: Available when merchandise exceeds $250. Pay 25% now, then 25% on each of the next three monthly dates shown in your schedule. Shipping and tax are divided between the payments. US shipping is free. International shipping is $25 below $250 of merchandise and free at $250 or more. Later payments: Open My payments from the private link in your email to see paid and upcoming installments. Use Pay beside any open installment, or Pay remaining balance below the list. We send a reminder five days before each due date, with your order number, amount and exact date. Your card is not charged automatically. All layaway payments are non-refundable. Preorder production starts only after full payment: wigs take 1–2 months and dolls take 1–3 months. Shipping follows completion. Orders are dispatched only when fully paid and all items are ready.

3. Please write these one or two numbers of the colors in the comment to your order.

• only one color - 38 Honey;

• top - 05 Pale pink, bottom - 06 Cherry;

1. We use for our wigs high-quality handmade wefts (hair pieces) of natural materials or heat-resistant fiber.

2. All hairstyles are permanently fixed. Flowers are removable.

3. The wig has a white color soft cap with an elastic band, that's why you don't need to use a silicone cap.

4. Our wigs are versatile; they are suitable for many dolls with similar head sizes.

5. Our wigs don't dye the heads of your dolls.

6. All wigs are 100% handmade special for you.

7. Each wig is handmade; there may be some differences in the color or in the details of the actual products to the photographs. We ask for your understanding in this matter.

Free US shipping. International shipping is $25 for merchandise below $250 and free for merchandise of $250 or more.

SHIPPING:

• Standard air-mail with tracking-number (delivery time - 2-6 weeks).

• You can choose the EMS shipping as well (delivery time - 5-10 days)

• If you order several items at once, they will be sent when every item is ready for shipping.

• When the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking-number.

RETURN/EXCHANGE:

• Our wigs are customized products, they are made special for your doll, so once your order is confirmed, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

• We accept a return or an exchange only in one case: if there is a problem with the product.

• To return or exchange the products, you should contact us within 5 days after receiving your order.

• If there is a problem with the product, we will take charge of the shipping cost.

1. Wigs of natural hairs should not be brushed and watered, so the hairstyle isn’t spoiled.

2. You can use any styling products (wax, hair spray) to correct and maintain the hair, but it should be done only with your fingers.

3. Under the right care conditions, the wig will serve you for a long time.
