    • The Processing time for pre-ordered SD heads is about 2-3 months. 
    • US Domestic & WORLDWIDE SHIPPING (First Class USPS) is FREE (only for orders without layaway!)
    • You can add any other type of shipping for your choice for an additional cost, just let me know after the purchase and I'll make a special private listing for extra shipping payment.
    • For Layaway Orders - Worldwide & US Domestic shipping  (First Class USPS) $35. The shipping charge will be added with your second payment.
    • I can mark the doll as a gift with a lower value for your customs, just let me know.
    • If you order several items at once, they will be sent when every item is ready for shipping.
    • When the order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

    EXCHANGE:

    • All dolls are customized items and made special for you so once a payment is made, you can not cancel the order. Once an order is confirmed, I can't offer a refund (only exchange for the same price item if is possible or a gift card for the same amount).
    • Unfortunately, I don't accept returns or refunds, exchanges only.

    • I accept exchange only in one case: if there is a problem with the doll (for Example damaged details during shipment).
