No Cancellations or Refunds: Since each doll is custom-made specifically for you, orders cannot be canceled once payment is made. Refunds are not available, but an exchange for an item of equal value or a gift card may be possible.
Exchanges Only: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds—only exchanges are allowed.
